No. DarshanAlert only alerts you when slots open for your dates. You complete the booking yourself on the official TTD website — our autofill helper just saves you typing.
We send alerts on WhatsApp, SMS, an automated voice call, email and browser push. You can choose which channels to use from Notification settings.
On average we alert you about 8 seconds after a slot opens on the TTD website. All channels fire at the same time so you can act immediately.
Yes. Pilgrim details are encrypted and only used to autofill forms on your own device. We never ask for your TTD username, password or payment OTPs, and we never sell or share your data.
Yes. If we don’t alert you before slots sell out for your selected dates, you get a full refund or can convert your watch to new dates. Request it within 7 days; refunds reach your original payment method in 5–7 business days.
Slots on TTD can sell out within minutes. If you got our alert but couldn’t book in time, keep your watch active — we’ll keep alerting you for cancellation slots on the same dates.
Yes. You can edit the date window of an active watch any time from My Watches, as long as the new window is within the plan’s limit (up to 14 days).
No. DarshanAlert is an independent service and is not affiliated with Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams. All bookings happen on the official TTD website.
